DESIGN OF THE SYSTEMS, USING BIM METHODOLOGY, OF THE FINAL AND EXECUTIVE PROJECT OF THE SCHOOL VIA ADRIANO 60 - MILAN

The building is intended to house a school with 15 classrooms for teaching and additional rooms for other functions (offices, laboratories, services, gym, library, refectory and more).
The area where the new building was built is owned by the Municipality of Milan.
The entire work is divided into three functional areas: a School Building, which consists of a central "L" -shaped body consisting of 3 floors above ground, 1 basement and 2 external emergency staircases; a Gym, consisting of a single body with a square plan and equipped with a grandstand, and External Pertinences, intended for parking, connection between school and gym and green spaces.
