Tasks performed:

• Preliminary design verification
• Detailed design
• Management of on-going project changes/modifications and interface with RFI
• Definition and technical management of maintenance equipment
• Interface with the supplier of rolling stock and depot management team
• Support to Supervision of Works and approval of subcontractors’ work progress
• Final testing and commissioning
• Material approval in the design and final testing phase
